Air Fryer BBQ Meatballs

Juicy, smoky-sweet BBQ meatballs made quick in the air fryer — perfect for dinner or party appetizers!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Method
 

  1. Combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Air fry meatballs in a single layer for 8 minutes.
  5. Brush with BBQ sauce and cook 2–4 minutes more until glazed and 165°F inside.
  6. Serve hot with extra sauce.

Notes

Make ahead and refrigerate raw meatballs up to 1 day. Use gluten-free breadcrumbs and sauce if needed. Store cooked meatballs 3–4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
