Air Fryer Bat-Shaped Brownie Bites

These kid-friendly bat-shaped brownie bites are fudgy, festive, and perfect for Halloween — made easily in the air fryer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix plus eggs, oil, and water as directed
  • Cooking spray
  • Bat-shaped cookie cutter 3-inch
  • Optional: candy eyes powdered sugar, icing

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package or recipe directions.
  3. Line a small pan with parchment and spray lightly.
  4. Pour batter into pan, spreading to about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Air fry at 320°F for 14–18 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Cool completely before cutting with bat-shaped cutter.
  7. Decorate if desired and serve!

Notes

Store uncut brownies tightly wrapped for up to 2 days; cut before serving. Gluten-free and dairy-free variations work great. Freeze leftovers for up to a month.
