Air Fryer Baked Apples

Soft, caramelized, and bursting with cinnamon — your kitchen will smell amazing with these easy air fryer baked apples.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large apples
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Granola for topping
  • Optional: caramel sauce for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core apples, keeping bottoms intact.
  3. Stuff each with brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon.
  4. Place in air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry 12–14 minutes until soft and golden.
  6. Top with granola and drizzle caramel if desired.

Notes

Notes: Use firm apples. Don’t overcook. Store leftovers in fridge. Reheat gently.
