Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Dates

These air fryer bacon-wrapped dates are the ultimate sweet-and-salty party snack! Crispy, gooey, and ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Medjool dates pitted
  • 6 slices regular-cut bacon halved
  • Optional: Goat cheese almonds, pecans
  • Optional: Toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Slice dates open and remove pits. Add cheese or nuts if using.
  2. Wrap each date with a half slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Place dates in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Notes: Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer. To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate uncooked. These are naturally gluten-free.
