  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed
  • 10 strips bacon halved
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Trim Brussels sprouts and pat dry.
  2. Cut bacon strips in half.
  3. Wrap each sprout with a half strip of bacon.
  4. Brush with maple syrup and sprinkle with pepper.
  5. Air fry at 380°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t use thick-cut bacon — it takes too long to crisp.
  • Secure with toothpicks if needed.
