Air Fryer Apple Hand Pies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg for brushing

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut crust into circles (~4 inches).
  3. Add 1 tbsp apple filling to each, fold, and crimp edges.
  4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 mins or until golden.
  6. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
